Delivery

We offer a national delivery service for all our furniture. This is free of charge within a 30 mile radius of our factory in Newark. Outside of this area charges are quoted according to distance and are priced on an individual basis.

We offer a white glove delivery service as standard and our team are very experienced in both delivering and assembling our handcrafted furniture. All deliveries are carried out as 2 man deliveries and all furniture will be delivered and assembled (where necessary) into the customers room of choice. Once the furniture is in place all packaging will be removed and disposed of by our team and the customer will be asked to sign to say that they have happily received their new goods.

 

COVID 19 – All social distancing measures will be adhered to following up to date government guidelines. Furniture may be left outside a customers property if that is preferable to the customer during this pandemic period. No responsibility will be taken by Smith & Wilkins for any damage incurred by the customer manoeuvring the furniture on their own.
